3. Payments & Fees: All pricing, payment schedules, and billing terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated: Payments are due according to agreed timelines Late payments may result in paused services Fees paid are non-refundable once activations have begun

Intellectual Property: All content, branding, materials, strategies, images, and creative assets produced by Impact Activations remain the intellectual property of Impact Activations unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose proprietary materials without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability: Impact Activations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
